As of 31 July 2026

Following the results of a precautionary microbiological test, Cool Off has decided that the water mist cans distributed at Donauinselfest and Naschmarkt will no longer be accepted for refilling.

As a precaution, we kindly ask our customers not to continue using these cans. This measure is intended to protect the health and safety of our customers.

We are currently carrying out further testing to ensure the safety and quality of our product. A freshly filled batch has been submitted for independent microbiological analysis. As soon as a clean test result has been confirmed.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority. We sincerely apologise for any concern or inconvenience, and we will publish further information as soon as the new official test results are available.
